Reliatech Systems are pioneering a “pay as you go” maintenance service which does away with the traditional pre paid contract. We offer the same level of cover but without the upfront costs. Just take a look how many times you have needed to call on your service provider in the last 12 months and how many visits were not covered and charged for. With “pay as you go” you pay a very reasonable callout charge, which includes the first hour onsite plus any parts or materials. Our engineer will advise once onsite. Over 90% of faults are cleared within the first hour, should a 2nd visit be required then we only charge the additional hourly rate.
Of course we offer the traditional pre-pay contracts as well.
